To HP CEO

Dear Mark:
I deliver my computer to be fixed in Taiwan, but it was long time ago(about 5 weeks).
they always gave me shit answers like there's nothing for my screen.
And their reason is waiting for Singapore to sent stuffs to Taiwan.
I feel bad and disappointed of Taiwan HP...
I hope you can give a god damn answer for me.

It's a living-death to me since my laptop got lost for about 5 weeks...
and my new laptop has been disappeared since one months ago,...this,
will definitely influence me whether to buy products from your company or not next time.
